1. What Qare Provides

Qare is a software-as-a-service clinic management platform for appointment scheduling, patient records, billing, and practice operations. The Service is multi-tenant and delivered over the internet. Some features may be in limited availability or change over time.

2. Using the Service

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date
  • Safeguard login credentials and notify us of unauthorized use
  • Use the Service in compliance with applicable law and patient privacy obligations

3. Third‑Party Services

Qare integrates with third parties you may use, such as Razorpay (payments) and WhatsApp Cloud API (messaging). Your use of those services is governed by their terms. We host our application on cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS). We do not control third‑party availability or policies.

4. Subscription and Billing

  • Paid plans are billed per the pricing page and checkout flow
  • Fees are generally non‑refundable except where required by law
  • We may change pricing or plan features; material changes will be communicated in advance when feasible
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period

5. Data and Privacy

We process your data to provide and improve the Service, including account, billing, and operational logs. Patient data you store is your responsibility as controller; we act as a processor. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how we handle it.

6. Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
  • No attempts to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access
  • No misuse of messaging or payment integrations

7. Availability and Changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible.

8. Disclaimers and Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, Qare is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability related to the Service will not exceed the fees paid to us for the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach or misuse. Upon termination, we will provide a reasonable opportunity to export your data when requested.
