  • Clinic & patient data you choose to store in Qare (e.g., appointments, records, prescriptions)
  • Usage & diagnostic data (e.g., API requests, error logs) to operate and secure the Service
  • Payment data processed by our payment provider (Razorpay); we receive limited details like payment status and identifiers
  • Communications metadata where messaging integrations are used (e.g., WhatsApp Cloud API), not message content unless explicitly stored

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide and maintain the Service you requested
  • Set up billing and process payments via Razorpay
  • Send transactional messages (e.g., verification, service notifications)
  • Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and enhance security
  • Comply with legal and regulatory requirements

3. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information, including HTTPS for data in transit and role‑based access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Access to production data is limited to authorized personnel for support and operations.

4. Healthcare Data

Patient data you input into Qare is under your control. We process it to provide the Service and do not use it for advertising. Your responsibilities as a healthcare provider (including obtaining consents and complying with medical privacy laws) continue to apply.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share information with:

  • Service providers (e.g., AWS for hosting, Razorpay for payments, WhatsApp Cloud API for messaging, email delivery)
  • Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety
  • Successors in interest in connection with a corporate transaction

6. Retention

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes (e.g., records, fraud prevention). You may request deletion; some data may be retained as required by law or for backups.

  • Access, correct, or delete certain personal data by contacting us
  • Export or request a copy of your data where feasible
  • Object to or restrict processing in specific circumstances
